*Note: The Natural and Flexible plans have a limited range of coffins and limousines and we’re currently not able to offer the ability of removing a limo off the Flexible plan online; if you’d like to further options or remove the limousine, please call us on 01543 421378 to complete your purchase by phone.

Important information for Burials

There are a number of items that are not covered by our Burial Plans because they may not be required for every burial, and because there is a wide variation in costs and regulations in the UK for cemeteries, churchyards, graveyards or crematoria.

Items that are not covered include, but are not limited to:

The purchase of a grave is NOT included in the Set Burial Plan.
If you don't meet the criteria for a local resident set out by the Local Authority, then there may be additional fees to pay.
The cost of memorials and headstones, including the repair, cleaning, re-fixing or additional inscriptions.
The cost of a temporary grave marker, which in some cemeteries is placed on a grave after the funeral until a headstone can be erected.
The cost of an organist, choir or live music (e.g. soloist, band) at the funeral ceremony/service.

Important information for Cremations

There are a number of items that are not covered by our Cremation Plans. This is because they may not be required for every cremation, and there is a wide variation in costs and regulations in the UK for cemeteries, churchyards, graveyards, or crematoria.

Items that are not covered include, but are not limited to:

A funeral service or gathering at a second location that’s different to the one where the cremation is taking place.
The cost of an organist, choir, or live music (e.g. soloist, band) at the funeral service or gathering at a second location.
Repatriation from outside mainland Great Britain.
Additional mileage above 50 miles each way, for the collection of the Covered Individual into our care and the funeral service where the cremation is taking place.
An interment of ashes or storing ashes beyond a period of 3 months at a Central Co-op funeral home.
